I called for an appointment and was scheduled for the following day. Paul ( the owner and operator) called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived on time and and proceeded to hook up and pump the tank. While he was pumping he answered several questions I had and gave me a lot of good information on how to maintain the system better. He was very careful during clean up not to leave a mess. I would use Paul and his services again without hesitation.

Paul was on time, and has a great personality. He had to maneuver around a 42ft RV, thru a gate and park by a fence, he did a great job! Not only did he pump our septic but educated us on how it works. We are in the process of selling our house and he was able to come out in a timely fashion, so we would not have to worry about delaying closing. We will always call Lilac City Septic in the future!

I had called to have my septic tank pumped. It was for preventative measures. Patrick was punctual and professional. He answered the questions I had. Patrick checked the sludge levels in the tank and found them to be very good ( less than an inch). He told me he would pump the tank if I wanted him to, but the tank looked very clean and healthy and really did not need to be pumped at this point. He proceeded to clean the filter and check things over. 
It would have been very easy for him to have just pumped the tank and called it good, but he was honest. Thank you for your honesty, Patrick! I will use this company in the future and recommend them to others who need this type of service.

The provider worked with me to set up a convenient time.  I saved some money by digging and uncovering the two tank lids myself.  He and his helper arrived on time.  They pumped out the tank including washing it down with a hose.  He was very courteous.  He gave me the time to answer a lot of questions about the septic system & drain field.
