I went with them through Angie’s List. They were very professional company. They did a great job. They returned my call. They were prompt. They’re just wonderful to work with. Their price is the same with other competitors. I was very pleased with them.

I was happy with the service and product, but I think I could have researched a better price.

The showroom experience and Karlene coming to our home was a wonderful experience.  She brought samples and gave advice ans stayed as long as we needed her.  We are very happy with the end product.  We had never purchased draperies before and thought they were pretty pricey, however the reputation of the company and the service drew us in.  We had noticed some small "holes" in the black out liner and discovered it was from the pinning process during sewing.  Our home faces west and the holes were very noticeable in the direct sunlight.  Karlene came out to repair by using finger nail polish (interesting on $3,000 drapes).  Wish there was a way to avoid those holes, but it shows you what we know about sewing drapes.  We had to wait a bit for a cap on our new rods as the first one was defective.  I had to keep calling for the status.  Our blinds are a bit uneven, we were told a work order was put in and we haven't heard back yet (over 5 months).  Guess we'll call again!

Performed window blind repair in a very timely manner - even quicker than originally quoted. Not only were they professional and pleasant to deal with, but they also repaired my blind the best that they could. I know that the next time the blind needs repaired that it will need to be replaced. However, the folks at Ida and Norma's Draperies did not try to sell me something that I didn't need. The repair should hold for at least a couple of years. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. I would recommend them to anyone looking for blind/drapery repair, replacement or new purchase.
