We purchased $17,000.00 of commercial grade LVP and carpet for our business. After appx. 6 weeks the flooring started to warp. We contacted Great Floors and then the next year plus we spent calling, going into the show room to have the guarantee enacted for the floors to be replaced. The manager, Chris, drug this process out for months and months. During this time we developed a buyer for our business. My husband was trying everything he could to expediate the replacement of the floors. When he told the manager we had a buyer and we needed to get the floors replaced a little quicker. Chris stated, "Just sell the business and let them worry about the floors" We were appalled at his statement to us. We continued to call, email and arrive at the show room to get the floors replaced. Chris was in a meeting, out of town, on vacation etc. FINALLY after appx 18 months they approved replacing the floors. It was not the flooring company responsibility it was Great Floors responsibility. Then they didn't call to schedule replacement. Another 3 weeks went by and we went to the showroom AGAIN and Chris states, "Oh I was waiting for you to call me to schedule" UNBELEVIABLE!! Well the floors are replaced!! No thanks to Chris and Great Floors though. They did upgrade us another product thankfully. At this point it was little compensation however. The problem was the sales rep did not order a vapor barrier for the original floors. We didn't know and I specifically asked is there anything else we need. The original installers never said a word to us and they supposedly had installed in a major grocery store chain in our state. Plus nursing homes. We have an adult family home and it has been so stressful because it became a safety issue for our residents. The carpet...well I've given up. Which I'm sure Chris is ecstatic about. The carpet is separating at the seams as in pulling apart. I guess I'm purchasing new carpet again BUT NOT FROM GREAT FLOORS!!! This was the most horrendous customer service I've ever experienced from any business in my life time. If I owned this business the manager would have his walking papers...and I would change the name to Great Junk....I'm so disappointed and I hope this lets thousands of people know in Spokane, WA to go any where but Great Floors for flooring and carpet. LOL they also measured me for Quartz counter tops....I CANCELLED!!!

I will NEVER go back to Great Floors! We purchased some of the best carpet they had to offer. Their installers showed up without threshold pieces to finish the ends of the carpet. They showed up without enough supplies to do the job and had to borrow materails from us to finish the job. We ran speaker wire across the room on the floor for the home theater system, and they taped it in place, played the carpet down over it and drove multiple staples through it. If they had left the wire where it was, it would've been fine.
I had to tear up the carpet to repair the speaker wire, and they never did come back to finish putting the threshold pieces down leaving our carpet to fray and pull up at the transitions.
I called the store and spoke to our salesman and told him how unhappy we were with their installers. He said he'd look into it and get back to me. I never heard from them again. Bottom line is they only want your money, once they have it, they don't care about you or your service.
There is so much competition in this market here in Spokane, I would HIGHLY recommend going anywhere else.
We need to recarpet my mom's house right now. It's a LARGE job. Too bad Great Floors can't be trusted....

We had formica countertops that we wanted to replace. The back walls under the cabinets (including the wall above the cooktop) had nice tiling that we did not want to rip out and replace. We talked to about 6 companies and had 4 providers come to the house and give us quotes. During that process we were told that the tiles on the back wall were going to be problematic and that the tiles would be cracked when they removed the existing counters. No one wanted to give us any assurances that the job could be done without damaging these tiles; we did not have any leftover tiles for repairing any damaged tiles.
Great Floors was the only company that said they did this kind of tricky installation all the time and were very confident they could do the job, without damaging the back wall tiles.
The installers were very professional, were courteous, put down protections on the floor, and cleaned up. The job took longer because they had to do the difficult cut into the back wall tiling, but it was perfect. They used a special blade to do a relief cut. Not one single tile was cracked. The old counter came out and the new granite went in, perfectly. There are 2 joints on the counter and they are flawless.
With regard to the installation, it went better than expected. However, we had a large problem with the fact that they installed the wrong granite!! It was similar to the slab we had picked out in the warehouse 3+ weeks prior to the install, so we weren't sure. But once we confirmed that they installed the wrong slabs, even then Great Floors handled the problem extremely well. They removed the counter and installed the correct one without any hesitation; the second install was just as professional.
We are very pleased and would highly recommend them for installing granite counters. Yes, even with the mistake.
By the way, a year ago, Great Floors replaced the flooring in our kitchen, living room, dining room and entry. They did a fabulous job with the wood floors as well as cork flooring in the kitchen.
We are very pleased with Great Floors service.

Great Floors was the subcontractor that my contractor for my Kitchen Remodel used.
The products I chose from Great Floor are fabulous. I would make the same choices again. The installation was very problematic.
The quartz countertop installation left a small chip that took two times to repair. The backsplash installation was poor. The wall surface was not leveled so when the tiles were applied, there were ledges where one sheet ended and another started. It had to be fixed in several areas. There are still a few areas that are not great but are good enough.
The Forbo Marmoleum Floor Installation was the BIG problem. The Forbo Company certifies floor installers to install their Forbo products. I was told by Great Floors that a Forbo Certified Installer would be installing my Floor. They lied. Their employee installed my floor with a noticeable gap between the seams of the linoleum sheets. I spoke with the Forbo Manufactures Headquarters to troubleshoot our options. They sent information to Great Floors and a plan was made to fill in the gap. Yikes. The repairman did not know the plan. He did not fill the gap but instead applied a glossy topcoat over my beautiful matte floor. It was poorly applied and had hand swipe marks and blanks spots where he had missed applying the gloss. This time Great Floors reordered a new Marmoleum Floor and hired a Master Forbo Installer. It was beautiful. But unfortunately my contractor scraped my floor with my appliance. The Forbo installer came back and lightly sanded the scratches. This made things worse. Now there are scratches with circular sanding patterns around them. I told Great Floors immediately that this was not OK and that i would not say it was or sign anything say it was ok. The installer assured me that the linseed oil would come up through the floor and in time the sanding marks and scrapes would disappear. Ridiculous! Then when offered to pay them because my contractor would not, they declined saying they could not deal with me directly. Five days later I received a certified letter from Great Floors putting a lien on my property and demanding payment. Yes, unbelievable. I blame the Great Floors owners for the lien. The employee I worked with from Great Floors really tried to do his best to take care of the floor problems and to let management know that I was willing to pay Great Floors directly. I hired a lawyer to help negotiate the lien and figure out how to pay Great Floors.
