The problem with these folks comes when you need warranty work done. The trim on the carport was not installed properly and a strong wind bent the trim up and ruined a couple of pieces. I talked with both Bonnie and Curt and they were going to send someone to repair the damage but no one has shown up. It has been over 6 weeks since Bonnie told me someone would be here. They have not answered my phone calls for the past month.
