Our quote to you was not for a simple light fixture, it was for a new sub panel and the required grounding and bonding in the your pool house. There were multiple things with your electrical system that were unsafe and code violations. At CEI we will not perform any work on unsafe electrical systems unless we can bring the part that we are working on up to code and safety standards. I think the fact that you were in a hurry the day we came to look it over and we couldn't stay to explain the quote to you might be where some of the misunderstanding took place. We take electrical safety very seriously here. We take out permits on all of our work as required and we have lifetime warranties on our work.
