Very happy with the whole process. Good explanation prior to work being done. The installer did a very nice job - kept things as clean and neat as possible. Total job completed in less than 2 full days.

After meeting with several companies in this industry, I chose Bath planet because they were very professional affordable and completed the job quickly. It was a very difficult decision because it is so permanent, but they were very patient with me and my questions. I highly recommend them. Chad was the sales person and Tom was the installer.

We just hired them, so do not yet have the shower installed. Gregg is very knowledgeable about the product and listened to what we were looking for. He then helped us to design our dream shower. I will upload pictures and our final thoughts once we have it installed.

My experience as a customer was nearly the worst I've ever experienced. Two stars, because the product is acceptable. My interactions with the company, and their install process, was atrocious. Do yourself a favor, and look at the BBB reviews. I expected my experience would be better. However, my experience is like a lot of other recent reviews. Buyer beware.

We are super happy with our tub/shower conversion to a walk-in shower. Everything about our transaction with Bath Planet was up to par from the excellent communication, to the installation by Robert (who is a perfectionist) and the high quality materials.

They said that the installation would be within 14 weeks. Which was true BUT. They requires final payment before the shower doors were installed. The contract said the doors would be installed 3 to 5 weeks. We are now on week 8 and they said the door still is not ready. I am fed up with the large company. They never seem to meet all the things in their contract. Because we had had the same problem with a window company I questioned the company before I agreed to hire them and the assured me that they are never late on their builds. At this point I am considering looking for a laser for breach of contract. I have called every week for the last three weeks and explained my.husband was in the hospital and we needed the shower completed , because he can no longer climb stairs to get to the second bathroom. I was told we were next in line and would be made top priority. Big joke it has now been three weeks . when I talked to them again today I asked why I had to call them to find out what was going on , why they were not contacting me. I got the answer we will call you next week to give you a progress report. Never hire this company

Project: replacing old tub with walk-in shower. The agent had great respect for the staff and workers who would be installing my shower. He provided us with examples of what we needed to look for with installation issues etc Installation to be scheduled for sometime in May. Yes, I would recommend this company.
