Called right before Christmas and they came out the same day. They were very prompt.

After only a couple of months, the tub began leaking significantly. I called the service department and asked what could be causing the leak, since they had just checked it out for me. Tech said it could be one of several things -- seals, connectors, hoses, etc. Cost for them to come and check it out would be $65 trip charge plus $99 labor minimum. I reminded them that they had just checked it out. Tech said I would be charged for them to come again and look at it. I asked to speak with manager or owner, but tech said he was busy. So I got in my car and drove 35 minutes to the store. I spoke with owner face-to-face, and he said they don't replace any seals, hoses, etc., until something starts leaking. He said the tubs have seals that routinely leak after a few years, but they don't replace them until something actually goes wrong. He said they would check on the leak, but he would have to charge me $65 trip charge plus $99 labor minimum. I stated that I understood the situation perfectly. With that, I departed and will never do business with this company again. They don't stand behind their work, and won't do ANY preventative maintenance (even when they know it will soon be needed). To end the story, I contacted another hot tub store and they suggested that I replace the seals for the filter container. I bought 2 seals for $18 and followed their simple directions for installing them. That fixed the leak.

I called and asked for the rate they charge for doing electrical service on my Apollo Spa. The first person I spoke with didn't want to tell me the rate and transfered me to scheduling. The second person rambeled on about how they just take the operating unit out and repair it at the service center. Never mentioned the rate which is what I asked at the beginning of each conversation. These guys don't want you to know what they charge or they have zero listening skills. Either way don't bother calling this company for anything.
