I told them of a small problem I was having with my car. They identified what was wrong and fixed it without charge! Pretty impressive. They also advised me of other issues with my car that I'd need to deal with in the future--that's especially good service to get from a simple oil change.
I'd give them straight "A"s across the board except my car wasn't on the hoist for over a half hour after my appointment ( and because they allowed some guys to smoke in their waiting room!)
Still, those are small complaints compared to having found a repair shop that's honest and thorough. I'm going to be using them in the future as my primary repair guys.

Short version.....
had car repaired at their business (being a customer for over 6 months, was a founding customer of theirs) and after just two months of driving it broke again under the warranty time line. they blamed me every time I tried to talk with them. in the end went to an independent ASE certified mechanic shop and had a diagnostic with documentation and pictures. They really only attacked my character and could not say how they would want to resolve the issue with me.

Professional and courteous, they had the best price in town and even squeezed me in before my big trip.

They did a ton of work and they were fabulous. For everything they did, they charged me only $730 and they did it in two days. They were honest as well and didn't replace the distributor cap because it was in good condition.
