To bad I couldn't him A+, I am extremely happy with the work done. I was hoping to keep the original ornate door knobs/locks and I DID! Now everything works better than they did before! Gave me a call to let me know of his eta and he is so nice and professional you just can't go wrong!

He was able to schedule me at the end of the week I had called. He was prompt, professional and went the extra mile to make sure I was safe by replacing the screws in the faceplate of the deadbolt with longer screws that actually went into the stud. I had six doors, but one of them was apparently a different key from the garage into the house. He disabled that one for me and I can just use the deadbolt on that door. Really appreciated his kindness and would definitely recommend him to anyone in the Spokane area! A+

Sent Al an email to see if he would be able to cut and program a new key for my auto. He replied a little after one the next day, which was a Sunday, saying he would be able to do the job for $ 100.00. I called and set up an appointment for today. Al arrived in a timely manner, cut and programmed the key in about 20 minutes. I was very positively impressed by this young man, who is operating a very successful business.

Awesome, we called several other companies and no one could help us. At first we hesitated to call Al's because we thought they were only in the Valley, and did not service Spokane. Wow, wrong! The guy came within 20 minutes, let us in and re keyed the front and back doors including deadbolts, then made us all new keys.
