About us

My name is Tim and here at Top Grade Development our team strives for quality however it only comes with patience, especially when it comes to prep work. From our experiences we have learned that painting is only half of the work and true quality comes with the effort put into the prep work. Call or text us for a free estimate. We do interior/exterior painting homes, staining fences/decks, pressure washing, finish work and interior remodeling. We focus on painting residential and new contruction homes. Doesn’t hurt for a free estimate, the more the better!
