Cost is determined by the job; but tuning is one price. Payment is in the form of cash or check payable immediately after the job is complete. Scheduling is flexible and based on the area being served on any given day. When a schedule is in delay, a call is made for notification of that delay.

Great! He was very nice and accommodating! I called to inquire and was able to come out the next day! He also is very knowledgeable! He even fixed the music holder! I would use him again and would refer him to family or friends that need the service

Wow. Kept in touch before the appointment about when he'd be there.
First actually CLEANED, dusted and vacuumed the piano en then performed a thorough tuning.
After he was done it sounded like a brand new piano.
Having been accustomed to the out-of-tune-ness (because it happens so slowly), I had no idea how much out of tune the piano really was.
My wife was ecstatic when she played it... (I did not tell her the piano was tuned the previous day!) :)
We'll definitely have Frank back for the next tuning.

Wonderful!!!!! In a very short time, my piano sounded beautiful!
I seriously doubted it would be able to sound that good with spending lots of money replacing expensive parts. We will be having Mr. Acosta back to do future repairs and a fine tuning. I am loving playing my piano now without hurting my ears. Also Mr. Acosta was very friendly and didn't mind my three little ones staring at him and asking him questions.

He was excellent and we will have him return to do the same in the future. We were very happy with the service and he was very pleasant to work with. It was a positive experience and we were very happy with how the piano sounded afterwards!

Frank Acosta was someone you would appreciate having in your home. He certainly knew what he was doing and was thorough and didn't rush through the process. Frank was very professional and easy to relate together. He answered any questions I had and was an all around nice guy! I will hire him again and will refer him without hesitation. When he was going to be a bit late he called to leave me know rather than having me wonder if there was a problem. Hire him and your piano will sound great!
