Wow. Kept in touch before the appointment about when he'd be there. First actually CLEANED, dusted and vacuumed the piano en then performed a thorough tuning. After he was done it sounded like a brand new piano. Having been accustomed to the out-of-tune-ness (because it happens so slowly), I had no idea how much out of tune the piano really was. My wife was ecstatic when she played it... (I did not tell her the piano was tuned the previous day!) :) We'll definitely have Frank back for the next tuning.

Wonderful!!!!! In a very short time, my piano sounded beautiful! I seriously doubted it would be able to sound that good with spending lots of money replacing expensive parts. We will be having Mr. Acosta back to do future repairs and a fine tuning. I am loving playing my piano now without hurting my ears. Also Mr. Acosta was very friendly and didn't mind my three little ones staring at him and asking him questions.

Frank Acosta was someone you would appreciate having in your home. He certainly knew what he was doing and was thorough and didn't rush through the process. Frank was very professional and easy to relate together. He answered any questions I had and was an all around nice guy! I will hire him again and will refer him without hesitation. When he was going to be a bit late he called to leave me know rather than having me wonder if there was a problem. Hire him and your piano will sound great!

My piano is a little over 50 years old and had not been tuned in several years. Those years included a trip down the Alcan Highway and another move here locally. As you can imagine, a tuning was sorely needed. What can I say about Frank Acosta? My piano sounds like a piano again! Frank tuned it for the Angie's List price, cleaned up the dust with our air and vacuum and gave us his recommendations for us to think about. I bought the Angie's list piano tuning deal. Frank responded to my purchase literally within minutes, and I was shocked that he worked me in quickly. He showed up on time, did a most excellent job tuning my piano, and even recommended a company to help me move my piano. I am ecstatic! Imagine this ... Someone who is excellent at what he does, and does what he promises. Unfortunately, in this day and age, people like Frank are few and far between.

Frank was a little early! we hadn't even cleaned off the piano yet! He was soft spoken, friendly, and professional. He spent an amazing amount of time on our piano which now sounds great (except for the highest white key which doesn't work, and I haven't called him to mention it, and he lives so far away I don't intend to call him back here for a key which never even appears in any of our music!) I will definitely have him back.
