I cannot say enough about the service and quality of service that we receive from One Call of the past several years. Rick and his team have always delivered quality service with great customer service and follow up for the properties we manage. Rick has always been responsive and detailed in his paperwork which I can appreciate. He has repaired some very difficult tasks for us and has always been spot on in terms of performance. I will continue to use One Call Rick in the future based on his past performance. I consider Rick to be a member of our team.

I am a property manager - we manage 700 homes in the area and deal with contractors all day long. Rick is fantastic. He is responsive, fair, and extremely knowledgeable. He guarantees everything he touches and makes sure you are properly taken care of. His quality of work is second-to-none. He is not the cheapest around but certainly the best value. He has resolved extremely complicated issues that even certified building envelope inspectors could not accurately identify. We have worked with him for everything from simple misc. projects, complicated decking projects, foundation/basement leaks, water/mold remediation, and remodel.

Rick was such a pleasure to work with! I wasn't sure who to contact for an outdoor aviary I wanted to build for one of my rescued disabled birds. Rick and I talked through the design, and he provided an estimate that was significantly lower than what I had expected! His work is exceptional - it's sturdy, it's quality, and it looks fantastic! My bird is REALLY enjoying her new digs - and has had no issue with any predators. I would absolutely work with Rick again, and couldn't recommend him enough. Very friendly, very professional, very respectful, and very thoughtful. I couldn't ask for more!

The whole process was easy. Ryann was very responsive on the phone to set up the job for us. Josh knew just what we needed, purchased the bars, and installed them within a couple of days. He also recaulked around the tub at our request. We're super pleased with the result and the added safety in the bathroom.

They came and finished job another company had started. They did a great.

I had a contractor who I had used previously through Angie's List who I really liked. He is gone and he recommended somebody. The price was paid by my insurance. They were awesome. I would hire them again.

Everything went great! Superb communication so no disappointments or surprises. Price was fair & competitive. Quality of work - perfect!
