We'd come home from a long business trip to a faulty heater during the winter.  After calling around we were referred to Hinze H&C by another company. Debbie already had her engineers booked, but was able to call later that same afternoon to say she had someone on the way.  Ron arrived in under an hour and was able to troubleshoot and find the problem within 10 minutes. The problem was the flame sensor, and he had it cleaned up and working soon after. Ron then took the time to inspect our electronic filter. He showed me the filters we had cleaned months prior, and they were indeed still clean...and then proceeded to pull out the additional 2 filters that were in there. Those were not so clean. Instead of charging to clean and reassemble, he explained that the additional 2 filters are actually not supposed to be in there. He then explained how to properly clean them, leaving them out for us to clean, and quickly reassembled the unit.  
I also asked Ron about upgrading our thermostat unit to a wireless touch screen model.  Because our unit is now working, he simply asked why...again, because it's working.  We actually just hate the darn thing and if we're going to upgrade, we may as well upgrade to something we like.  Ron took the time to look at our old home and explained potential options, due to us missing a 3rd wire coming from the furnace. He was professional, helpful, and we will definitely have him back for any future needs.  Thank you Debbie and Ron!

I found this company in the phone book and called to make an appointment for a week out. The repairman arrived on time, fixed the problem in about five minutes, spent a few minutes cleaning the fireplace and left.
