Floyd's HVAC

They installed the fireplace and it worked but was burning dirty. Labor and Industries came out and said it was burning improperly and documented it for me. I used it for a few months during the winter and then turned it off. The unit was burning so dirty that the house was slowly filling with black soot and things needed to be replaced and repainted. When I went to restart the fireplace the next winter it would not light. I had someone come out and and look at it twice last Thanksgiving. He took the unit apart and stated that it was installed completely incorrectly and then left without putting it back together. I contacted Floyd's and he told me that he was tired of me calling him as well as Labor and Industries. I questioned the installation and this was the first thing out of his mouth. I then had another company come out. They have been out multiple times and cannot correct the problem. I believe that it was never installed properly right from the get go. I have spent almost a $1,000 on repairs within the last year so it could not have been installed properly.
