Our home loan was supplied by a true mortgage professional. This is the 2nd time we've used his services for a 1st mortgage, but the fourth time overall as we have done 2nd mortgages with him also. Words do not describe what Gary was able to do for me and my family. We have a wonderful home and a managable mortgage, thanks to his expertise and concern for our financial desires. I put $100 in the 'amount paid for work' field, but I wasn't sure exactly how much we paid since we bought down the interest rate. Nothing is free though and you do get what you pay for. If you are even thinking about refinancing or buying a new home, give him or his son, Dan, a call. They know what they're doing and will treat you right!
