Description of Work: Almost a year later and I am still upset and rattled by the lack of professionalism by this company and specifically the owner. The FIRST time I ever had the misfortune to speak with the owner about the poor service call they had just performed, he proceeded to swear at me and then hung up. My wife called him back and he swore at her,too! When I asked him how he, as the owner of his company, could treat his customers with such malice, he continued to swear. He said he would come by the house to talk about a refund, and he instead sent an underling who could do nothing about a refund or remedy. Never heard from him again. My strongest recommendation that you AVOID this company at all costs. Your time is more valuable.

+ -1 moreCOMPANY ARRIVED ON TIME AS SCHEDULED AND DISCUSSED PLAN WITH ME, PERFORMED DUTIES IN A TIMELY MANNER AND REPORTED BACK WHEN FINISHED. HE WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: PERFORMED ANNUAL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE, LOW PRESSURE SPRAY AND POWER DUSTING OF OUR OUTSIDE PERIMETER AND CRAWLSPACE TO DETER CRAWLING INSECTS.
