Solved the problem of a bad circuit and then found, solved and repair several other problems. GOOD JOB!

I called Daines Electric for service that was needed to close the sale of our home. Mr. Daines answered the phone and since he was driving ask me if he could email me with a date and time that he could do the work. He set a time for the next Monday. I met him at our home that afternoon. He got there right after I arrived. He looked at the work that needed to be done, left to purchase the items needed and was back at my home in less than 45 minutes. It took him approximately 45 minutes to complete the job. I was very impressed and will hire him again if I have need for an electrician and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Great experience, prompt service and solved the problem. We hope to have improvements completed in the future. I appreciated his advice about the older wiring in the home combined with the use of portable heaters (after he checked the plugins).

We bought a foreclosed home and needed to have the entire electrical panel replaced since it was a fire hazard. This company went above and beyond our expectations. They were professional and caring. They even replaced several outlets and fixed several other "electrical blunders" by previous owners. They really were amazing and our family feels safe knowing the quality of work was done to above standards. I would most certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone I know needing electrical work done!

Roger Daines did a great job. The electrical inspector and PSE were very impressed ! I originally gave Roger a review without explaining all of the work performed. This would have made the $3,000 price seem very high. The price was fair for all of the work performed.

Overall, I'm happy with the work that Roger performed but in the end I was shocked at the total cost of the job. We were charged for 6 hours of labor at $70 per hour which included 4 hours on the job and two hours of driving (portal to portal) charges. Other charges included $100 for "permit and process fees." Costs for supplies were around $90. I'm not sure what electricians cost these days because this was the first time I've needed one in years. That's why I didn't rate Daines on this item. Next time I'll consider finding someone closer to our home if they're charging an hourly rate to drive to and from my home. Beyond the sticker shock I was very pleased with the quality work that he performed. His work passed the requsite inspection by WA Land I. Roger was very courteous, detail oriented and he was a total professional in all of our dealings. That's what kept me from passing out when I got home from work and saw the invoice.

Mr. Daines is a very good communicator. He keeps his word and shows up on time, or calls if he he delayed. He's professional and works quickly. I will hire him again in the future. I felt I got good value for the money.

Mr. Daines had experience with knoband tube and explained obvious problems he identified as he gathered information for estimate. Both Roger and Jeff have high standards and are very knowledgeable. They were willing to find innovative ways to solve problems which reduced the number of holes and damage to the house. Extraordinarily conscientious and kept us informed all throughout the project. Consistently made suggestions to improve upon existing conditions, save on costs, and yet know what is required for current code. They were able to use the attic and crawl space to complete quite a bit of wiring which saved money and time. Very prompt, very dependable. The project took approximately 3 weeks. Passed inspection with no further work needed. The inspector was impressed with how comprehensive the work was, the quality of the work and remarked that we had 'got our money's worth'.

ROGER ARRIVED AT OUR HOME AND SAT DOWN WITH US TO DO AN EVALUATION OF OUR ELECTRICAL NEEDS AS WELL AS ASSESS ANY POTENTIAL PROBLEMS THAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY.
