Complete Real Estate Rescue

OMG. I was sooooo impressed, by Mr. Ryan's professionalism and courteousness!!! He arrived promptly at the designated time we previously agreed upon. He was INCREDIBLY insightful, professional, and he maintained a very pleasant; but, delightful, and reassuring disposition throughout his visit. He acted quickly, assessing my issues, (in which)... I considered Big; but, in reality, they were small minor issues. I was so relieved, and moved by Mr. Ryan's honesty, and incredibly generous Spirit.

Mr. Ryan, oiled the locks to my front door. He changed the door bell button. Assessed there was a problem with the door bell itself and agreed, to go out and purchase the door bell himself, and return with it on Saturday.

He did not charge for today's visit; Nor did he charge for the door bell diagnosis. I was so amazed !!! I thanked him, and I am forever grateful. He is scheduled to come back out on Saturday, and address some other issues, I need resolved. i.e. Security Lights .

 I highly recommend Mr. Ryan for your home care needs!  I am super pleased, by his act of True professionalism and Exceptional Customer Service. Although, I was sick, I was able to smile, and I felt incredibly comfortable in presence. Thank you!

Our first time using Angies list and we are extremely pleased!
Called about noon on a Friday and asked for an asap service for the broken front door. Ryan answered on the third ring, and said he could be by for an estimate in about two hours. Around two hours later he was here. He quickly looked over the door and took measurements and then gave a simplified quote at my request, and promised to return around nine the next day.
I was exceptionally pleased that it could get done that quick.
The next day he arrived about ten minutes to nine am and got to work on the door. He brought the supplies needed, and he had the skills. The door was up in a few hours, better than new and hung perfectly! Not to mention he cleaned up his mess and took his scraps with him and stayed within the estimate. It was obvious while he was working that his skills were transferable and there were likely many more handyman jobs that he could easily take care of.
We lead busy lives and to have somebody make something easy like that is a welcome change. We are very happy with our new and improved front door and would gladly call Ryan again in the future.

they were on time, very profession had all the right tools and made sure the wall bracket would not fall down again. The were so nice and friendly, if you are looking for someone to do handy work around your home this company is great, i have had a few were they went slow to raise the price and, some did do such a profession job and I went on Angie's list, signed up and got the best result.

It's hard to find a professional and informative person who can pretty much do anything and everything to repair, improve, or upgrade your home - until now - Ryan can do it! We talked about all our concerns, changes, colors, and upgrades, and he listened very intently. He transformed our downstairs living space into a whole new place to hangout in. He was quick to point out any possible problems and always had a solution to those obstacles and if he really wasn't a "pro" at something, he would let us know and point us in the right direction. We are still enjoying our new downstairs area and saving enough so he can redo the entire upstairs as well. I highly recommend Complete Real Estate Rescue and Ryan Erickson for all your upgrade, fix, or improvement needs - very professional, very reasonable, and very positive results. Ryan Erickson the owner of Complete Real Estate Rescue was on time every day as was his help. They were very professional in manner and extremely efficient. The entire job was done in less time then had been originally estimated and under the bid by a good amount. My wife and I are very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend Ryan. If you need home repairs that are fast and efficient and reasonably priced you can do no better in my opinion.
