Received prompt service. They were able to assess the problem and offer a written estimate. The exterminator was on time, polite and very thorough. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend them to others.

That worked out fine. I gave his name to somebody else, and they were pleased with them too, and said they did an excellent job. So that was good. I thought the price was appropriate. I didn't really have anything to compare it to.I haven't had the problem since then. I am thinking I am good for a while. It went smooth.

They did a good job. They were efficient, responsive to my request.

I'm not displeased at all with them. One person came out both times. The first was the owner, the second was an employee. Both times they were here for about an hour. It wasn't invasive at all. The communication was good and they billed me each time. I chose not to use them again simply because I didn't want another spray done and the bugs that were the problem were gone and haven't returned.

They were prompt to answer the phone and make an appointment.  The technitian was on time, courteous and professional.  After listening to our concerns, he offered to tell us what to buy if we wanted to spray ourselves.  We agreed that we wanted him to apply the necessary treatment.  He applied only what we needed and did not try to up-sale.  We will use this company again and have recommended them to neighbors.

Wonderful..... they were able to identify the spiders, treat our house and yard with a pet friendly and human friendly treatment, and fix our problem right away! I was referred to them by a friend and would absolutely use them again :)

They did a good job and I didn't have to refinance my home to pay them.

They are on time and do a good job.  They never cause any hassels.

They come quarterly to keep insects away from the fruit trees. They did their job. I would use them again in the future.

They have been real friendly and awesome.  The spray to make sure there are no wasp nests.  We have not had any problem.  We used to have little spiders in our home which are gone now because of the spray.  Every guy that has always come by had been very friendly.  Even when I am not there at home they use the side gate and spray and go.  They send me a postcard when their appointment is due.  They do the regular maintenance and I don’t have to call them.  I have been suing them for nine years and I have never had any complaints.  They send me a bill in the mail later and give me a month to pay it.
