PRECISION TREE SERVICE

Poorly. I pointed out that the wood seemed very wet when he was delivering it. He said it was just "rain wet" from sitting on the trailer during a recent downpour but would be ready to burn in "a couple days." It's been five weeks and I still have to cut it to just larger than kindling and add it to an already raging fire to get it to burn. What's most irritating is that I called him and left several messages, none of which he responded to. One time he actually answered the phone (likely because I was using a different phone than I normally do and he didn't recognize the number) and he assured me he would be willing to come over and let me demonstrate the problem I was having. Of course, he never made the mistake of answering the phone again and never returned any of my messages after that. He assured me none of his other customers were having problems -- I assured him I wasn't having any problems with any of the other wood I had gotten from other sources.
