Poorly. There understanding of 1031 exchanges was limited and several times i had to tell them the IRS rules, for example it does not have to just be a 1 property to 1 property exchange it can be many to 1 or 1 to many. They sent materials that i had to wait at the post office to pick up as they shorted the postage 22 cents. They did not communicate when the closing was going to happen despite numerous phone and email messages.  And if you are out of town they have very few offices they work with where you can sign the papers, I ended up doing it at my bank with a notary. When i brought the issues up to Tammy she was very dismissive of her employees lack of knowledge and communication and then she closed the second property she was not much better from a communication standpoint.
