Excellent. This is the second time we have used George Reinhart and could not be more satisfied. He has excellent experience that allows him to analyze a property in great detail. I had the opportunity to walk through a house we are interested in buying just as was finishing the inspection. His attention to so many details, his obvious experience, and his common sense make him one of the very best I have ever worked with. He also provides the finished report in incredible time. Would work with him again anytime!

Extremely well. George made a persuasive case that resulted in a repair allowance provided to me by the sellers.

I used the online inspection request form on their website. Within a couple of hours, I got a phone call confirming my appointment. Fast forward to the appt day, I had an issue with the plumbing where the water would be unavailable and called to see if it would still be appropriate to continue. I got a call back minutes later stating this was acceptable. By the time I had arrived, he had already been there for a while, inspecting the roof. We went through the house (structural components, plumbing, electrical, heating) and he noted his observations to me. He was very articulate in his descriptions, indicating severity of the problem and possible cause and effects. He seemed quite thorough (it took about 2 hours). The experience was a pleasant one. After completion of the inspection, I was able to access my report online within a couple of hours. Overall, I am pleased with my experience and would consider utilizing their services in the future.

The inspection surpassed my expectations. When I called to schedule, they took $100 off without me mentioning the website coupon--I get the impression they do that for everyone. Anyhow, $475 sounded fair for a 3800 square foot house. George arrived a bit early and had started already. I thought it was only going to take an hour, but for the 3800 square foot house, he spent over 2 hours thoroughly combing through the entire house. He used a PDA to go through his checklist and found even the smallest issues, like the fireplace glass latch not releasing all the way. George was the absolute nicest guy and was great at explaining everything. He took pictures of all defects and included them in the comprehensive report, which arrived via an e-mailed PDF a few hours later. I would definitely use Rinehart Inspection Service again. By the way, George has been in business for 12 years, and they're a family-owned business.
