He was a little late, but the weather and traffic were really bad, and he apologized for the delay. He was friendly and professional, and fixed the outdoor light without any extra charge. The original call was only for the kitchen power outlet. I would definitely call him again.

I had purchased a replacement chandelier but when I began to take the old one down, the wiring looked out of date so I called Ridge Electric. Jason was quick to respond and was able to come out the same day. He took a look at the wiring and explained why it looked different to what I was used to seeing and installed the lighting. He then was also kind enough to install my dimmer switch and when I mentioned I needed to purchase another one for installation, he went out to his truck where he had one and was able to install it on the spot.
Jason was very personable and was great to work with. I will definitely call Jason again and already have future jobs lined up.

The owner is Jason Davis. Jason works well with me. We communicate well. He is on time and if he is not going to be there he calls ahead of time and lets me know what is going on. He is very friendly. His rates are reasonable. He is very reliable. I will use him again. He is my foot two electrician.

He arrived on time and did the job without delay for a reasonable price. The work was excellent.

After talking with another electrical contractor we called Jason for another quote for the work requested. He inspected the work needed and made some very good suggestions. He gave us a firm quote in the budget we had expected to pay. We hired Jason because of his understanding of the work, our budget, his availability and his professionalism. Jason started the a day later than originally scheduled due to the ice/snow storm had affected delivery of supplies and completion on other jobs. He was thorough and was able to complete the work in a day and a half. He left the area very clean and ensured we were happy with the work done. Our handyman was impressed by his work and got his business card so that he could recommend Jason for other work that may come along. His punctuality was rated as a B due to a late start on the 1st day due to weather and on the 2nd day due to a sick son, who had to be picked up at school.
