Flooring
They sanded everything down, refilled and refinished the floors. Everything seemed fine but there were some spots where the finish wasn't applied evenly. They sent people out to attempt to fix this issue but then they made it too shinny. He said they would be out to buff the floor and try to match up the glossiness but now he won't return my phone calls. I have also started to notice that the seems in the floor have been separating. The workers did not understand English very well so when asking them questions they didn't understand what I was saying which made for poor communication.

Flooring
The floors are beautiful BUT, the job did not get finished plus there was some damage. They installed a damaged board, they spilled a chemical on the new floors, they knocked off a fixture off the wall, the transitions were not completed as promised. We still owe this company money but can't pay until the damage is corrected and the job is completed. We have offered resolution but the owner refuses to respond. He has filed a small claims. I called the department of L&I and they want me to file a complaint against him for not supplying us with a form called "to the owner" which is required and is a $500.00 fine. I guess if we have to pay the full amount we will file that complaint.
