Mt. Si Construction, Inc.

We hired Dave Arnold, owner of Mt Si Construction, after getting bids from many. His was middle ground in price, but he came extremely highly recommended by friends who had used him 15 years earlier and were still happy with him. We did an entire downstairs renovation, including kitchen and a bath. The whole process from contract to finish was about 6 weeks. He was done 1 day after when he had predicted. They worked full day, every day, sometimes weekends to minimize impact on us. The whole crew were nice, polite, and neat. They even vacuumed the driveway to get up sawdust! He always arranged subs to come in at just the right time, and they were all reliable and nice as well. He was OK with us sourcing and buying things if we could get them cheaper, and had good rec's about where we could look. He was right on target for price, except where we made changes or upgraded things. When we later had a roof leak (just after project finish) we called and he was there the same day to tarp, got a roofer out next day, and we were repaired within a week. I can not say enough good things about Dave as a contractor and as a person.
