K-West Construction

Bryan and his team did a great job on our deck rebuild and cover project.  We had a loose idea and a napkin drawing of what we wanted to accomplish and Bryan took the idea and made it work.  He stayed dedicated to our project and finished on time.  We went a little over our initial budget but most of the incremental costs were due to our requests for upgrades.  Bryan always kept us apprised of challenges and costs along the way.  Bryan was always available to talk regarding changes to the plan and we very flexible and scalable.  We are have very happy with the results and would highly recommend K-West Construction.

Brian and his team at k-west came in and took a house that was not yet finished and made it absolutely beautiful. He was always on-time and very willing to explain his ideas about where he saw the house going, but was also gracious and accomadating when we wanted to go another direction. He kept excellent control over the subs he brought in. And, again was great about keeping us in the loop. Again and again Brian and his team helped us to save money while still ending up with a gorgeous finished project. We finished the house on time (not heard of in the building world) and pretty much on budget (with the exception of upgrades that we added.) 100% would recommend Brian and K-West. If we build again, or remodel we will definitely use K-West.
