+ -1 moreIt went very very well. Kevin is a very good estimator, so work came in very close to budget. (The only reason it was higher was that we found more dry rot than expected under the old tubs, and we added some additional work to the original contract) He was very good at his book keeping. He is very conscientious, so oversaw ever detail. Worked side by side with him on the tile and marble layout. He had some very good suggestions for us on new room layout as well. Very happy with the quality of his work. We did the final walk thru yesterday. I was very pleased. He is very professional and was always punctual. Yes, I would hire him again in a heart beat. He has a lot of experience doing large home remodel projects. I would recommend him very highly.
Description of Work: Kevin remodeled two bathrooms for us. He installed new soaking tubs, vanities, cabinets, plumbing, designer tile in shower, marble counter tops, new sinks and faucets, new wall board, painting and caulking, and new flooring in kitchen and bathrooms. New lighting, new ventilation fans and ducting. Since we had some dry rot, he also installed new subflooring and wall studs, etc.
