 + -1 moreWe were very dissatisfied with him. He appeared to be more of a draftsman than an architect. He had been a contractor prior to going into architecture, and we thought he had a lot of knowledge about architecture. The quality of work was inferior, and he showed up for meetings unprepared. His knowledge of building codes was also very much lacking. He was cheap, but he should have known a lot more as an architect. It was a really bad experience for us. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: We used Dean Read Architects for architecture and building design.
