ALL WEATHER HEATING A/C & REFRIGERATION

Was told upon scheduling appointment the HVAC unit would be fully inspected for $125 service fee. However, there is a $150 up charge to hookup diagnostic gauges to the unit which takes about 2 minutes. This type of up charge is not common in the HVAC industry and is unethical. When confronted with the issue, the technician acknowledged this up charge is not common but that it is "company policy".

They were fantastic. I have used them for a furnace install and to run a gas like also.

Scott the owner is amazing.  We would highly recommend working with him if you are interested in installing air conditioning for your home.  He was very responsive to e-mails answering all of our questions. His pricing was perfect for the quality he brings with his work.  he takes the time when doing the install to make sure everything is just right.  I actually decided to have him do a quote for us because of a post someone made on our Snoqualmie Ridge community board with a great review for him.  Everytime I e-mailed him he got back to me.  He was easy to work with and get a schedule in place for installing the air conditioning.  Which is no easy task for me and my husband with our busy schedules.  The air conditioner is working great and we are so happy to work with such a great individual.  He treats you like family and that is the kind of person I want in my home installing anything.  I know if anything comes up and we need his help with the air conditioner he is only a e-mail/ phone call away.  Thank you Scott for loving what you do!  It's refreshing to have a great experience like this. 

The job went very well. Scott and Chip are very knowledgeable and helpful. It's nice to receive such great service with superior communication about the problem. They provided many different options for a solution. They went above and beyond and didn't just help with the work at hand, but also gave us advice on other house projects that we needed help with.

All Weather converted my oil furnace to natural gas in 2014.  At the same time, they installed a new water heater.  They were on time, professional, and very competitively priced (about $6,500).  Based on this experience alone I would highly recommend them but there?s more. 
On Christmas day that year, I called them because my water heater was not working.  Scott walked me through the process over the phone to reignite the pilot light.  I couldn?t get it to work.  He drove 40 minutes to my house Christmas morning to fix it!  More importantly, he did not even tease me mercilessly when it started right up for him within two minutes of being there.  [I did not mention that perhaps I had in fact not been looking far enough back to see if the pilot was working when I tried. Oops.]  I would definitely put that experience into the fast, friendly, and incredibly respectful category.
When it came time for my mother to install a new water heater several months ago, I did not at all hesitate in referring All Weather to my mom.  (and not just because I felt guilty about the whole Christmas thing.) Her water heater died and they came out the next day to replace it.

All Weather Htg (Scott) was incredibly professional.  He offered me several solutions to my homes needs and addressed items others didn't even notice.  Scott was very professional and very competitive for the work we chose to have done.  I honestly do not think I could have had anyone else do what he did for what he did it for.  I am a pretty handy guy but he showed me why and how the system would work best versus my assumption of what should be done (you get enough bad advice and you start thinking you can do this stuff yourself).  They were on time, honest, respectful and their follow through was second to none.  They made sure I knew where the home owner information was, how to clean the filters, what I could touch and what I couldn't touch, how to use the remote and answered all of my questions.  My wife and I are very thankful we chose to go with All Weather.

Scott was great. I thought I was going to need to get a new water heater. He came in took a look and got a small part and was able to fix it for me.

The price was pretty high compared with other bids but a friend said he had done a good job at their house with some repairs so we used him anyway. Turns out he installed it so that there are air leaks in the ductwork and the base so that the furnace made a whistling sound while it ran. We had to have someone come out and seal all the leaks from a different company because he seemed to think it was normal and we just didn't want to bother insisting with him. Also, he forgot to install the filter. We found out about 6 months later when we went to go change it and it wasn't there.

I had used them before when I moved in to make sure that the furnace worked correctly. They came the same day I called them, and what I liked the most was that they had the portion handy, so they were able to fix it very fast.
