Westoak Hardwood Floors

Ivan was fantastic. We had worn out hardwoods with some water damage and he came in and made everything look brand new again all while working in the time frame and dates we requested so that we could list our home immediately after.

Ivan and Westoak Hardwood Floors did a terrific job! We had two different phases to our project - first, to extend our existing hardwood floors from the kitchen into the adjacent family room, then second to refinish all existing hardwoods in the kitchen, dining room and entry way. Since we were adding new floor to the 20+ year old existing red oak floors, Ivan had to lace together the old with the new and then match the colors all around. He did a great job, both on time and as promised, and was the best quote we received during the bidding process. We have friends that have also used Westoak and they were equally as impressed as we were. Thanks for the terrific job, Ivan!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Ivan's quality of work was outstanding, I couldn't be happier. He is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He completed the job on time and on budget. I will be recommending Ivan to all my friends.

Ivan did amazing work. We found that we needed to level floors before installing hard wood and his team took care of everything! He uses an American hardwood product which we liked. Can't say enough good about them or their work!

Ivan of Westoak is awesome! Great communication from start to finish. He did a great job on installing new and matching the wood to my existing hardwood. They look beautiful after the stain. He also did our new baseboards and molding! Great job. Ivan and his team always leave the house clean at the end of the day. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to install or refinished their existing floors.

There were a lot of things I really liked about Ivan and his team. - They had good communication throughout the process and were easy to get in contact with. - They had a very good price for the work. Westoak had the same number of coats of finish as others, at a generally lower price. Other companies had a much higher price. -They were willing to do additional work related to the refinishing, but not strictly part of the refinishing. For example, they took out the existing carpet and hauled it away and they removed, refinished, and replaced the baseboards. Other companies seemed less willing to do this sort of extra work (or said they couldn't). I had to pay a little extra for this work, but the cost seemed better than reasonable. I would hire Westoak again if I had any floor refinishing work.

Ivan of Westoak is amazing. He and George did an incredible job refinishing our hardwood floors and also extending the area to have it all match. The kitchen and dining room are all one surface type and color now, making the whole area pop. Thank you!

Ivan has been an amazing contractor to work with. He refinished all of our hardwood floors and applied 3 coats of stain and they look beautiful. He also put in all new hardwood stairs, railings, wrought iron balusters as well as an extension of our current kitchen island. Ivan was flexible, responsive with communication and we are very happy with the work he did for our home.

I've never given any 5.0 rating but I really feel Ivan and George could not have done any better. They were the first contractor to respond to our request for quote and were very competitively priced. From the very beginning, Ivan was very professional and pleasant to deal with and they made every appointment they set. I've never seen such promptness in a contractor, and accommodating with our busy schedules so I appreciated they were respectful of our time. They refinished several rooms and added flooring in two formerly carpeted rooms (and a staircase) and it looks like the original floors in a new house! The quality of the work and the clean-up they did was outstanding. Two of the hardest working men I've ever seen and very enjoyable to chat with, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to you!
