About us

Scott Woods is a very hands on owner & operator. He has 25 years of experience in carpet cleaning. Upholstry cleaning, tile and grout cleaning as well as water damgage restoration. His first 10 years was with nationally known cleaning and restoration companies. Scott and his staff are all IIRC trained and frequently take classes to stay on top of the ever changing new techniques that come along. In 1995 Scott built his own company from the ground up. He does very little advertising as most of our business is referral related. Scott is very involved in networking belonging to both Le Tip International and Master Builders Association. Scott learned long ago that the customer is always right and goes to great legnth to make the customer as comfortable as possible during the cleaning process. Super Sonic Steam Clean is very highly regarded in the private sector as well as in property management. We know what landlords go through with renters and we always find new life in a carpet that has been abused. Of course if there is no hope we will be brutally honest about what the probelms are. We have the knowledge and the best equipment available in today's market. We also do all types of carpet repairs that a lot of other companies do not offer. Scott was great very professional and polite. He cleaned all the carpets and even helped me with the furniture. He was great with my dog and he did a fantastic job. I would hire him again and would highly recommend him for carpet cleaning

Scott always does a great job. He has been cleaning my carpets for years. I remember he cleaned my carpets when my puppy (now 7 years old) came home with fleas and he took care of the fleas in my carpet. This review is long overdue. He is always on time, he is personable and does great work. I feel he goes above and beyond to make sure the carpet is clean, which is so nice to find.

Scott is one busy contractor which tells me that there is an absolutely demand for his services. He did not meet our original start time because he had two emergency flooded basement situations to accomplish quickly, but he notified me about the situations and called later to say he was enroute. He used the usual steam cleaning/vacuuming system from his self-contained van. After a visual inspection of the rooms, he jumped right in starting on the upstairs room, down the stairwell and onto the two rooms downstairs. His work was efficient and complete, with double vacuuming on the worn areas. It was amazing to watch him work with his strong and weighted strokes throughout the house. The result was almost brand-new looking and feeling carpet. His work very close to every corner where the base boards and carpet meet showed his attention to detail. We were very pleased and satisfied with his work, and would use him for our next carpet cleaning requirement, and will recommend him to our neighbors. The price was very reasonable, and we are very happy customers. His hard work and promptness in completing the project explicitly deserves the A grade in every category.

The work they did was fine. They did the upholstery as well because we were just too overwhelmed to want to do it ourselves. I could not find any fault with anything that they did. The quality of work was good, and actually I think his boss or manager, he might have been the owner but he came out and talked to us too as we had more than one place we wanted to get done. They were very friendly, very helpful. The price was nice. It was within the range I wanted to spend. They were very responsive - they came right away. They gave us a window of time and said they would be out between this time and this time. He was prompt - he showed up, cleaned up after himself and did not leave a mess. The customer service was good. I would use them in the future.

I keep using them because they are willing to work extra hard on stains and places that the kids and dog have gotten dirty. Over the years, they’ve continued to be honest. I think their price is really good; I’ve seen a lot higher.

Scott did a great job, and was very personable. His wife, Kellie, handles the office side of the business, and the two make a great team. The overall feel of interactions with them is very friendly- like you're working with a next-door neighbor. Yet, the results are GREAT. Scott's got years of experience in what he does, and he takes pride in his work. I was surprised by how very REASONABLE the rates were, especially given that we were asking Scott to do a job that required a fairly specialized skill--identifying and resolving the sources of pet odors. I was also impressed by the fact that both Scott and Kellie seem to genuinely ENJOY what they're doing in the business--and they seem to work very well together. Having them do a job is a little bit like meeting a pair of very happy newlyweds--it brightens your day just be being around the great attitudes! I can't say enough about the job that they did, how CHEERFULLY they did it, and how reasonable their rates were!!
