Fast and efficient. I brought the parts to them and they fixed them within a couple of hours. They actually put in the heating element while I waited. They were very helpful on the phone in trying to help me figure out what my problem was as I tried to explain what was going on. In the end I had the choice to take the faulty equipment to them or have them come to my house. It save a few dollars to take the pump and heating tube to their shop.
