Service Requested : Electrical panel replacement, dryer circuit, bedroom circuit & quad outlet. The crew were early, dedicated and doggedly determined. Day one was a the long pole, the panel replacement. They didn't stop until they were done. Went to sleep in a warm bed that very night. Next day they returned to wrap-up the dryer & bedroom circuits. They were thorough. They did the "best effort" and took no shortcuts. And the quote was much lower than every other (I obtained 7). Completely and happily recommend them.

These guys are fantastic! They were friendly, cleaned up after themselves, very knowledgeable, and fast. I had complications due to an outdated system, code upgrades, and deck issues. They worked with me, gave me a break on pricing, and kept in constant communication. I could not ask for a better experience. I will ONLY use them for our regular maintenance going forward and HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you guys! We are extremely happy with our system!

It went very well! This company responded quickly and arrived on-time. The companies' technician Jaman, fixed the problem and it's been running normally ever since. I've worked with computer networks my whole career and understand those very well. But AC, not so much. But Jaman actually explained the problem I was having, and its solution to me in terms I could understand. Job well done!!!

It has been an awful experience. They don't listen well and do not own up to their mistakes. House has not been finished and this is impact final inspections and occupancy. We were forced to do some of our own work and will be hiring another electrician to get the rest of the work done.

Actually it went very well and I am very happy with the results. The only reason I gave them a B in promptness was that we had originally scheduled for jason to star the job on the 16th and he was held up on a prior job for a couple of days and did not get started until the 19th and I was kind of stressing as I had the insulation guys coming in on the 20th and had hoped that all the wiring would be done by then

but I was in the trades for part of my life and sometimes that is how it goes. Otherwise the quality of work and price was great and I would not hesitate to recommend the (and have already) to friends and family.

Andy came out and gave us a bid on the job. We scheduled the work to be done and the workers arrive on time, completed the work professionally and quickly. It took them about 2 1/2 hours, no glitches. They refilled the trench, cleaned up and were on their way. I wish all jobs could go so smoothly!!

A team of two men arrived promptly (having called me shortly before they arrived).  It was necessary for them to go into my attic to install the electric connections for the light.  They were courteous, careful of my home when moving equipment around and finished up the job quickly and efficiently.  They made sure to leave the work area clean.   I would definitely hire them again.

Matt and his team had a big job and they did amazingly.  
We were very confident in Matt's knowledge base and expertice in removing all of the knob and tube wiring and updating all the electrical to code.  We also had some other challenging issues as the power source for the house was coming through cables laid in the ground back in the 50's and not up to code.  He worked with the city to switch our power source to above ground and had to make some modifications to the house to be able to receive it.  He also did a fabulous job of consolidating all the electrical panels into one large one and neatly organized it all.
I would highly recommend Matt and his team.

They came prompty, gave us a written estimate, completed preliminary installations on time and are coming back for final instalations now that remodel has been completed.  They gave me good suggestions for updating the systems, new placement of switches and plugg ins.  Suggeste better use of the vaccum system outlets.  They worked efficiently, kept the area clean, took their trash and always arrived on time.  Very professional.  I would certainly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

They arrived on time and all the work was done professionally. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They started about 8:30 am and stayed until the job was done, about 7:30 pm.

They were very punctual and very quick.   They took only a half hour to replace the blown breaker and an outlet wasn't fitted correctly in the wall; it came out.   They fitted that back in and even volunteer to clean up the kitchen floor.    They were very good working around my schedule.   I'd have them over anytime for electrical work.

We recently purchased a home built in 1990 and we needed to do some upgrading of switches and adding ceiling fans.  I began to look for an electrician and was referred to Andy with Amped Electric and mechanical.  Andy came out to do the estimate and set the date for the work to be done.  They completed all the work on time and were under my budget.  About two weeks later we had a plumber installing a new range in our home and there was apparently something wrong with the outlet behind the range because the plumber received a big shock.  I knew that I needed an electrician right away so I called Andy and he fit me in right away so we could finish getting the range installed.  Andy and his guys are very professional, take care to clean up after themselves, and are very friendly and knowledgeable.  I plan to use Andy again when electrical projects come up in the future.

Andy came out & gave me an estimate within two days of call. Was on time and very reasonable. Work was scheduled and completed two days later. Work  was done by Leland. Leland was very hard working and the work looks great. Very neat running of conduit that was needed for job. Placement of subpanel, hot tub safety switch, and 20 amp outlet couldn't be better.
If you need an electrical job done for a great price and hardworking people this is the company.

Fantastic from start to end. Matt made sure I knew what I was getting into with this project and he gave me a realistic expectation on the cost but also a upper limit in the event things were more complicated. Could have gone with someone else who was cheaper but went middle of the road with him. Things went great and they actually finished early and under budget. If I need an electrician in the future they will be getting a call from me.

As mentioned before, this is the fourth time we have used Amped electrical services. We bought a great house built in the seventies knowing that that we would remodel to update the house and to suit our needs. The electrical service was adequate for the seventies but the whole house lighting plan, ceiling/wall fixtures and kitchen/bathroom lighting were outdated and inadequate. In addition, there were no GFIC outlets in wet areas and most of the other wall outlets were worn and connection so poor that electrical cords would not stay plugged in entirely presenting a very dangerous fire hazard.  The main living area ceiling fans were outdated and one was not working at all.  The bathroom and utility room exhaust fans were noisy, tired and not properly ventilated.  The house inspection also revealed several serious electrical issues that needed resolved in the attic, crawl space, garage and exterior.  There were several code issues in the main electrical panel.  We have used Amped services to correct all of these issues and to update our electrical system and bring it into code.  We are very glad we used them and 100% satisfied.
Out first task was to remodel our master bathroom and the former recreation room which would require extensive electrical, ventilation and heating assessment.  It is through our great contractor TGC, Inc. that we got introduced to Amped electrical services.  What impressed me most about Amped Electric and Mechanical, LLC, is that they are not only excellent electricians, but they are also well-versed in the most current lighting designs and solutions.  This was important to us because we wanted to transform a seventies house into a 2012 house for the future.  For example, when I complained the master bath was too cold and wondered if installing heat lamps would help, Matt suggested installing an electrical heating system under the new tile floor instead.  It turned out to be very affordable since we were installing a new tile floor anyways.  It has also been very economical to operate and provides an even, programmable heat source.  Another example, is when I was exploring a low voltage monorail Tech Lighting system for our kitchen island (which had a very dim, inadequate line voltage fixture), Matt suggested a different monorail lay-out that complemented our high sloping ceiling and the symmetrical lines of the island and support columns.   He also made good suggestions for pendant choices and transformer size to allow for future pendants.   More amazingly, was the installation of the monorail system for which Matt and Andy used scaffolding over the island and laser sighting to insure a perfectly aligned system.  Matt also made me aware of the value of our house vacuum system.  This system was not working when we moved in.  While working in the crawl space, Matt noticed the large punctured hole in the plastic house vacuum line which was contributing to the failure of the system.  As Matt said, the expensive part of the house vacuum system was in place and a minor repair would have the system operational.  I am so thankful Matt made me aware of this.   For minimal cost, Matt fixed the vac line, upgraded the old vacuum pump/attachments and replaced the ugly outdated wall hose outlets.  I now have a great up-to date operational house vac system.   
It has been a pleasure working with Matt, Andy and Leland.  They are very professional but friendly and very approachable to discussing options whether it is a design issue, code issue or a cost issue.  Their work is impeccable and they leave the job site cleaner than when they arrived.  They are always prompt, courteous and trustworthy.  You can leave them to do their job while you run your own errands.  Having owned five other houses and used other electricians, I can say without question, these are the best electricians we have ever used and the most reasonable.  They are brilliant!

It went very well. Andy and Matt were on time and very professional. Took the time to explain the best way to run the power under the house out to heat pump in back of house. They worked together with Jonathan and Matt from Evergreen state sheet Metal to make the whole process very efficient and enjoyable. It only took about half a day with their quality and speed of work. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
