Great response and service.

Mika Setzer came out on the same evening we called because we only had cold water in all our baths and faucets. He checked and cleaned all the connections and performed a thorough review of the system. He worked fast and fixed the problem.

Nathan was running a bit late, but kept in touch to advise. Upon arrival he examined all issues requiring attention and in short order provided total cost prior to beginning work. He is young, but knowledgeable, efficient and left no mess.

Setzer came to troubleshoot a petential leak (not leaking) and in the course of troublshooting found our kitchen sink drains were leaking and needed to be replaced. Nathan was thorough, professional, was able to call to have parts delivered as he continued working and answered all my questions. The work was done quickly and looked great. I will definately call on Setzer for any future plumbing needs and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to others! Thank you Setzer Plumbing!

For the the price, and the quality I was very impressed with this company. It wasn't what I expected, but everything went very well. They called me before the came and kept me informed.

Based on our initial phone conversation, Micah Setzer researched my boiler online, downloaded and made a copy of the manual, and called the manufacturer---all before showing up at my house. He did not charge me for the two hours or so that he spent becoming familiar with the boiler (not a common type). Once he diagnosed the problem, he estimated the time required to repair it at three hours. It took four, but he only charged me for three. He then told me the cause of the problem and what I could do to avoid the problem in the future. Throughout the entire process, Micah and his brother Travis were courteous, quiet, hardworking, organized, punctual, and neat. I was very impressed and remain grateful for their excellent service.

Fantastic service! , fast and thorough work. One telephone call and they were at my home pronto. They quoted 1/2 what some other appliance repair quoted me!! I will always recommend them to others. It is a family owned and run business which I like. Friendly and honest!

My wife called Setzer Plumbing and they came out the same day. I was happily surprised how quickly the job was completedand that the cost was less than $100.The plumber showed up right on schedule. He was friendly, professional and went straight to work.

Overall, a good experience. We had a few problems communicating at first, with unanswered phone calls, but it got handled.

VERY EFFICIENT, POLITE, CLEANED UP THE MESS ENTIRELY. MICAH AND NATHAN DID A GREAT JOB. IT EVEN COST LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE! ONLY THING LESS THAN EXCELLENT WAS IT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO GET ON THE SCHEDULE.
