Phil was always communicative, on time, and willing to do whatever was necessary to get the job done. When the linoleum I had provided for the job turned out to be too small, he went to Home Depot and bought another piece. I was out of town for part of the project but he problem-solved and made sure the project was done on schedule, always checking in with me to be sure I approved of his solutions. This work was done on a rental with a renter that can be hard to please, but even she had glowing words to say about Phil!
