He has done a lot of work in our neighborhood and came word of mouth. He was very meticulous and excellent. He was on time every day. It was a small company with only 3 people working and they all showed up on time. They kept us informed of the project and the changes that happened. There was cost changes told upfront, not something that we didn?t expect. We asked him to do some fairly unusual things that he had never done before, but he handled them very well. He subcontracted the plumbing and electrical. He was not very cheap. I would use him again in future.
