Horrible. On Friday a notice was on my front door indicating that the pressure washing would be done on Wednesday. Imagine my surprise to wake up on Tuesday morning to the sound of pressure washing on my back wall. All of my windows were open due to the warm temperature and I hadn't moved any of my personal belongings out of the way. My front door mats were piled up in front of my screen door hampering my ability to open the screen door. I asked one of the gentlemen doing the work why they were working on my building a day earlier than the notification advised and was told that they were now ahead of schedule and had knocked on the door earlier. This is unacceptable. The notice I received on Friday clearly stated in red lettering that this was a 24-Hour Notice. Where was the 24-Hour Notification that they were a day ahead of schedule? To make matters worse was the condition of the property when I returned home from work that evening. They not only did not return my personal items back to where they were, they left them (BBQ, umbrella) right in front of the sliding glass door making it very difficult for me to even get out the door. Most troubling was the fact that they left my gate open. I have 2 dogs. Again, unacceptable. In addition, I had a carabiner in the lock portion of the gate latch and it is nowhere to be found. Lastly, they knocked a piece of the siding off and left it on the ground.
