I've used Pruning Plus for several years based on a neighbor's referral. Lew Mattson (owner) is very easy to work with and a genuinely nice guy. He sincerely cares about what he does and wants his customers to be satisfied about all else. He's extremely knowledgable and has a great eye for landscaping, plant selection etc. | |We've used him for a number of different jobs and will use him again for a drainage issue this Spring and whatever else happens to come up. We've been very satisfied with everything he does. His crew is friendly, hard working and does an excellent job. I can highly recommend Pruning Plus to anyone in need of anything yard/garden related!

It went very well. They came when they said they would, and did what they said they would do. The yard looks much bigger than it did before, since the shrubs had taken over. Lew was very thorough in going over what they would do, and what it would cost for each area of the yard. The crew came in, worked hard, and cleaned everything up when they were done.
Lew was flexible, and was very willing to do only the things I thought I could afford, and in the order that I wanted them done.
As a bonus, they also hauled away some old wood debris that had accumulated in the back yard.

They are excellent. I have had them twice. They do exactly what you ask.

I called to schedule an appointment and get an estimate. Lew was prompt and he displayed his knowledge and experience right away. The estimate was slightly over other estimates, but not enought to make a difference. I was put on his list of jobs, and he called me a couple days ahead of time to confirm. I had a lot of overdue trimming of many varieties of trees to be pruned including two large Japanese Maples, a Katsura, and a Zelkova. It was a total of 9 trees that they worked on. He and his crew showed up and got right to work. They removed all debris and even did some additional clean up of garden areas. The pruning looks great and I was very pleased with the finished product. I am going to use them from here on to do all of my tree pruning.

We have always been really happy with them. He is a great guy and always does a terrific job. He is reasonably priced, is reliable and dependable. They did everything really well. They are very neat and he really knows all the plants and helps me figure out what to plant and what not to. He helps me take care of the plants. He does regular mowing and edging and keeps things neat by trimming. His prices are pretty competitive.
