Prolong roof care and gutters

Re-roofing went fairly well. Contractor did not show up when scheduled without calling to let me know there was a delay. During re-roofing a piece of plywood was dropped and damaged the fiberglass frame of a two week old window. Contractor insisted on fixing window themselves. Window repair was done poorly and window would no longer close completely. After many email and text exchanges the owner of the company came out and agreed the replacement needed to be redone. The second replacement was completed recently. However the window is still difficult to close - it is possible to close but it is challenging. Several pieces were also not ordered - I believe one of these pieces is responsible for the operational issues. For all of my troubles and to pay for the pieces they failed to order the owner discounted my $14,000 roofing project by $50.
