I have hired them before and they are always thorough, prompt and professional.

The provider arrived on time.  We reviewed the services to be provided.  The provider then pre-cleaned areas.  Pulled his equipment to the top floor of the house and started cleaning the carpet on the top floor, then the second level, and the bottom level.

Don arrived as scheduled. We walk through the house and reviewed any changes from previous years. Discussed that there were pet odors. Don then clean the carpet starting from the top floor down to the garage level.

Great service. Call with the details, he shows up, does the worked as promised/planned, everything looks great - Easy!

They were punctual, trustworthy, and very professional. I would use them again! They were able to fit me in their calendar really fast.

The gentleman was very good, he came in, and talked about my rug to me, and he did a good job. It wasn't soaking wet when he left, it was clean, and he does a very good job. There were no issues with him, he did good. The price was good.

He does such an amazing job! He always tells us if we find a spot that he missed to just let him know and he will come take care of it. We have been so happy with him and recommend him to everyone.

The provider showed up on time and was very professional. He explained his services very thoroughly prior to beginning which was helpful and answered my follow up questions quickly via text.

They cleaned about 2000 square feet area of my carpet. Their price was good and they did a good job. I would recommend them to others.

We had a great experience with Platinum in the past, so we scheduled him in to clean certain rooms and spot clean tough stains when we moved out of our home. As he did in the past, he managed to rid the carpet of a couple of ugly stains. He also quickly steam cleaned our entire upstairs, which was more than we expected for the quoted price. We felt very good about passing the home on to new owners when he finished.

We were pleased with the work done by Don Becker at Platinum Professional Carpet Cleaning. Don showed up on time, measured the
rooms, estimated the cost, and stuck to his estimate - no surprises. He went immediately to work, took no breaks, and the end product, every room looks wonderful.
Though we did take care and removed our shoes before entering, there were stains and wear patterns, every stain came out and every carpet looks brand new in our 22-year old house.
The only hiccup was the expired coupon we tried to use that was on Angie’s List. Don honored the square foot discount anyway. This was extremely satisfactory to us and we will use Don again.
