Scheduled us in quickly despite being super busy due to recent windstorm activity in the area. Quick to give the estimate, explained everything well. Came out exactly at the time they promised. Finished a pretty big job in a short amount of time (less than 3 hours). Included chipping up all the branches and removal of all debris. They also washed off the back porch fully, and raked all the areas in which they worked. They gave good info on how to keep the tree in better shape for maximum fruit production, and when to expect fruit again after the pruning. Did the work for exactly the price quoted. I would use them again in a heartbeat since it was no hassle at all and they left the yard in much better shape than they found it in!

They arrived on time and brought a crew of 7 which enabled them to do all the work in one day as opposed to the multi-day bids every other tree service gave me.  They cut the trees without damaging anything in my yard and they cleaned up the work area.  To get to my trees I had obtained access through my neighbor's yard and he said that his yard looked better when they left than it had when they arrived.  They were efficient, polite and concerned about doing a good job.  They remained on the job until the work was done and we had done a walk though.  My contract included splitting of some of the logs, and they split a great deal more than the contract specified.  Chips were dumped on my driveway as specified.  I do not see anything that they could have done better.  I would recommend them to everybody.  They are in Snohomish County, but I am in Redmond so they do service King County, too.  Price was in the middle of the bids that I received.
