I've hired him before and will do so again. He does a very good job and has good prices.

Good but the carpet is old so some areas could not come clean

Don was great!  He was friendly, helpful, and was able to remove stains that I had been told couldn't come out.  I will definitely use him again.

He arranged his day around my schedule so that I could get the job I needed in just a few days notice. He was early for the appointment which was amazing. He was friendly and professional.

Don was prompt. He worked with me to move any furniture that needed moving. He even moved his truck from our driveway when I needed to leave for an appointment. See above for more information on what was cleaned. We're delighted with this service.

Awesome job!!!! I would not use anyone else.  I called at the last minute to see if he could clean our carpets and he made it work.
He showed up exactly when he said he would.  We walked through the house to discuss exactly what I needed cleaned.  He did everything I asked and was hard working and very kind.  He was very thorough and made sure I was happy when he finished.  He will always be the one I will call when I need my carpets cleaned!

I have been using Olympic Care Carpet Cleaning Company for years and they have been excellent. I need not be here when they come out. If I’m at work I leave them a note to let my cats out and lock the door when they leave. They do all that for me. I would continue to use them in the future.

I made an appointment for Don to come clean our carpets about a week in advance. The night before, my husband and daughters moved some furniture around to give Don a clear place to work(I found out the first time he cleaned our carpets that he works alone and his ability to move furniture is therefore limited). He arrived on time, got right to work, and was finished very soon. He offers additional services(like stain guard application), but does not do a hard sell-very comfortable to work with.

The carpet in this home is 11 years old and had several stains that other carpet cleaners had not been able to remove. We were always told that there was just no way to remove the coffee, tea and food stains. Don was very successful in diminishing the stains to the point where they are barely noticeable and completly gone in some areas. Our real estate agent guessed that our carpets only look 5 or 6 years old now. Very nice for the resale value.
