Rusty was friendly, punctual, and cost 35% less than the other estimate we received. Our first estimate was from the company that installed the system three years ago, they were much more expensive, less experienced, and they left screws off of the furnace cover which caused it to come crashing down and damage a few parts. Rusty repaired everything and he even researched the warranty, thereby reducing our costs even further. Finally, he offered to follow-up this week to make sure that we are happy and comfortable.
