So far, I've had a chance to work with Andy, Joe and Howard. All three have been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They installed a new AC unit for me a couple years ago. They did solid work with the installation and have been very fast at responding to service requests. Great business to work with. I'm very happy I chose them.

Our thermostat quit working and it was very cold in the house. we have coverage with Sears but they couldn't even say I'd get a call back until 24 to 48 hours. and that was just to schedule an appointment. Howard McFarland came out the same day I called. He didn't have the kind of thermostat I wanted so he put in a temporary one until I could get the kind I wanted. once I received the one I wanted, he quickly came out and replace it for me. He is such a nice man and so professional.

Would absolutely use them again in the future.

My husband where super happy to find these guys. We decided to contact McFarland Heating after our long time furnace repair company of 25 years told us, after contacting them at 9:00a.m.on a weekday that they would charge us overtime to come out and look at our non working furnace in 25º temps because they didn't have time to fit us in during regular business hours.
Howard and partner came out later that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and even had a suitable part with them that got us up and running about an hour or so later. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and obviously pros. We'll be using them from now on for our yearly maintenance and any other issues.

I was referred to McFarland Heating from another company that I found on Angies List that had an A rating and was close to my home because the company I called could not come out for 6 days and I wanted someone to come out as soon as possible. My furnace was not working and it is record cold temperatures. The company recommended McFarland and said they would probably be able to come sooner. They were right. I called them at 3:30 and they said they were just starting a job close to my home that wouldn't take long and could come as soon as they were finished. They called me an hour later and were at my house 10 minutes later. Andy and Howard were professional, quick, accessed the problem with my furnace, gave me an estimate of what it would cost to repair it, had the part in their van, so I had them make the repair. They were finished within 15 minutes and my house was warming up again before it was dark outside. They were great. Call these guys if you need work done.
