He was excellent for years. We got new washer and dryer. He did a great job.

It was really cheap, because we got the carpet from them. The installation was super cheap. They were responsive, everything was good and everything was in great shape.

I give them 'F' for the first six months and after that, I give them an 'A.' It really wasn't their fault, it was the install people that they hired. Things went bad and they had to do it all over again. But they made it right. Now everything is fine. It's great. But it's just the hassle of the whole thing. They had to tear everything up and do everything all over again. We were pretty upset at the time. The pricing was okay.

They had a special rebate going on. They gave me a couple of 10% offs and that's why I went with them. So far, so good. The workers were very good. They were on time and very courteous. They provided good customer service, it's like they were well trained. It was actually not Home Depot that did the install, it was the subcontractor. The price was excellent. I don't know if they have those prices today because I had a sale going on. I had some running around because they had to sub out the measuring of the carpet and that went back and forth-back and forth. The measuring wasn't that punctual because I had to reschedule several times but the actual carpeting was punctual. The measuring guy wasn't professional at all. I remember having some arguments with him but the guy who laid the carpet was fine.

I spent some time doing online research, measuring my spaces, and comparing prices using Home Depot's web site. I finally made a decision and ordered all matching Frigidaire appliances. The order form offered the additional parts and services I would need to complete installation. I received a phone call regarding installation time, and a phone call confirming installation. As above, everything went smoothly and quickly. The appliances are very attractive and definitely updated my kitchen. I would highly recommend Home Depot to any person with little time, who does well with web sites and self-research, and seeks a trouble-free installation experience.

There has not been one time that I have gone into this Home Depot and had a bad experience with one of the staff. They are easy to find, responsive to questions, they never make me feel rushed.
They are knowledgeable about what I'm asking and if it's not their area of expertise, they find someone that is. They don't just hand me off to the next person, but stay there until my question is answered.
They remember me when I come in (probably because I've been there so much lately :) ), they are ALL courteous. Sometimes I think I might stop by just to feel special.

The Home Depot we go to is in a great location that is brand new and it is not packed with people and you can move around. They provide friendly service and there are definitely always 2 or 3 people that can help you. The place is well kept and very clean and easy to get in and out of. The people are friendly and happy to be there. I have to drive a few miles extra, but that is worth it if it is some place nice to go to.
