About 15 years ago they installed an irrigation system at our home as a subcontractor to our landscape contractor. I used them for a time to serve the system but they were very unresponsive, did not return phone calls and rather unpleasant to deal with so I chose another contractor. Recently I have been having problems with the line voyage portion of the lighting system which my present supplier is not licensed to work on. I tried to contact Haagen H2O as they installed it but they did not return my call for several days. I was not at home when they did but they said they would call back. They did not. Their voice mail suggests sending them a fax which I did and received no response. All of this confirms my initial experience with them and I would not recommend them. There are several better, more customer oriented contractors.

HAAGEN'S DID A GREAT JOB AND WE HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY WITH MINIMAL DIGGING AND DISRUPTION TO THE YARD. THE AUTOMATIC WATERING SYSTEM WORKS VERY WELL AND HAAGEN'S HAS HELPED WITH QUESTIONS SINCE DOING THE WORK.
