They arrived on time at 7 am and were done by 11:30. I was impressed watching the one guy climb one of our incredible tall trees and how they were able to fell several tall dead trees. I am impressed!

Henry, the owner, was quick to respond and come out and give me an estimate. His price was better than the previous estimate. Once we agreed upon the price he said he could group my job with another job the next day. I came home from work the next day to find nothing done. I had to call Henry and he explained the other job needed utilities marked so he would get to my job next week. Wednesday of the next week comes around and I have heard nothing from him. I called him but was unable to leave a voice mail because his mailbox was full. I text him and he said they would be out tomorrow. They did show up and did the job as expected. The stump was not cut as low to the ground as I expected and I asked for it to be done lower. Henry said his chainsaw guy did the best he could without ruining a chain. I feel like he just wants us to pay for a stump grinding by leaving it that way. Overall, they cleaned up the site well afterwards but the communication should have been better.

Initially the owner was responsive after my call and came a few days later to do an estimate which he quoted would be around $1700. He also had a specialist with him since the trees were leaning into a large maple. He said he had an opening the next day to do the job. I agreed. Well it took much longer than anticipated with his men looking at the trees for over an 1 1/2 hours with out doing any work. I feel this was not explained very well and if you choose this company get a written bid. I spoke directly with the owner and he had many reasons why the job took so long and needed extra men. To him this was rare event and he was concerned with the safety of his men. Therefore the price was increased for the job. Good luck to you if you choose this company to do work for you.

"First of all, I did not increase the price for the job. I told this customer it would probably be around $2800.00 but that I would give her an Angie's discount and cap it at $2500.00 regardless of how long it took. This was a particularly dangerous and difficult job as she had 2 good sized fir trees blown over at approx. 45 degree angle into a large maple tree. We run into this only once or twice a year and no 2 situations are the same. I told her if it went quicker than expected I might be able to reduce the price down to $1800.00. Unfortunately, it did not. However, I still reduced the price down to $2350.00 plus tax. The crew was busy assessing how to do the job safely with as little damage to the property as possible, setting up rigging in adjacent trees, getting out tools etc...while being continually interrupted by this customer insisting they were doing it wrong. No one stood around for an hour and a half. They were doing their job! In the end, it went very well. Safe, with very little property damage. And... Yes, a little cheaper than expected."

I felt they were fast, and professional. Everyone on the crew was very nice, and they worked well as a team to make the job go quickly. They cut the limbs off and PRECISELY feld the trees. This was amazing! the trees were huge, and I was worried about the trunks coming down. The picture is of the maple, you can see how huge it was.

Henry worked with 4 neighbors to put together a day's work removing the trees. All the neighbors were impressed with the work and the cleanup. An additional neighbor had them cut down a stump while they were here. We all agreed that the pricing was fair and the work was very professional. All of us will use them again if we have future projects.

These guys are fast, professional, and just good people. This is my second job I had them do and was really impressed on how easy they make this look. They chipped about %99 of the Alders which was amazing since I don't need the wood. They dropped the Firs with extreme accuracy. They were also very diligent about raking up everything and cleaning up after they were done.

My impression when they came out to bid the work was that it was very high. They ended up doing what I felt was $200 worth of work, a small project. They trimmed a Leland Cyprus for us which looks good, but they didn't seem to do $400 worth of work.

"It's a good thing Mr._________ is a school teacher and not an estimator for my tree service, as we would quickly be out of business. And apparently he is not a math teacher because we trimmed several "Big" Cypress trees not just one and as I recall, we also took a trunk off a good sized cherry tree. When I explained to him, that this scope of work would extend past what the Deal would cover, he complained, I decided to take a loss thinking that he would be happy getting so much work done for so little money. I guess I was wrong! Lesson learned."

Overall the service was good. Very professional and efficient. I would say the service was a little more expensive than I thought it was going to be. Including coupon and what I paid the cost was over $600 for a one half hour worth of service. Probably will shop around a little more next time to compare prices.

I purchase the $199 for $400 of service deal. The owner was very quick in getting back to me and giving me an estimate. The next day, his crew of four arrived on time and did an excellent job of bringing down the trees and removing the branches. I'd highly recommend them!

They were fine. They were nice but at the end of the day I think the coupon probably saved me only about $100. I think the price was high and the labor was a little too short for the cost. For example, for the tree trimming they would quote me for $500 but because I had the coupon they probably quoted me $600. It wasn't that bad but at the end of the day I did saved some money from the coupon. They were friendly.

Fantastic. The owner came to our home for an estimate and followed-up a few days after that. We were having our home painted outside so the crew worked their schedule around ours. After our home was painted,the crew came and efficiently cut down both the tall trees, then they used a shredder to shredded all the branches into bark. Afterwards, the crew ground down both tree stumps.
I would highly recommend Henry Miller and his staff. This is a lovely family owned company. They are courteous,effective, experienced, professional, punctual, and well mannered. When we need more trees cut down on our land, we will surely call Henry Miller and his staff to help us out again. Highly recommended company

That turned out great. They cut down a whole bunch of branches that were coming over from my neighbor’s yard. They had about 4-5 employees out here working and they worked for about an hour. They were really nice, polite and even made some suggestions that I had not thought about.

They arrived on time, and started in on pruning a large Maple in our backyard, this was a large job and took over 6 hours to complete. Clean up good, no extra job for me, and they re installed the fence that they have to take down to gain access.
