We are just closing on a house with this agent. In response to our requests to be allowed to move items onto this property before closing we were given an affirmative yes a number of times. We were promised that the garage would be cleared out two weeks prior to closing and that we would be allowed to bring over outdoor items to be stored out of sight of the seller. The client was difficult to work with but when a phone call was made to this agent she stated that there was nothing contractural that obligated them to do so - "tough luck". We were willing to work with the agent and this client when they needed special requests but after the deal was cut we were denied. I can not recommend this agent.
