Frame It Up Construction LLC

FIU arrived as promised on the 12th of August for the demolition and have been here nearly six days a week ever since. One of the selling points for hiring Frame It Up was they promised to be done in just 5 weeks. To be clear, this is a huge job; over 65 linear feet of cabinets, all new lighting, new electrical panel (which required reconfiguring a wall downstairs) adding a sink in the island, refinishing the floors, changing out two windows and repairing siding. Every other contractor wanted 6-8 weeks. With just a week left to the promised finish date, Drew and the guys are really trying to finish on time. The problem isn't their fault - we have to wait for parts from the cabinet maker. Otherwise, even with all the extra stuff that got tossed into the job after they started, they've done an amazing job of staying on schedule.
To give you an idea of how much I like Frame It Up, I also have them replacing the roof on my rental house and the HVAC guy Drew brought in from Atmospheric Heating and Air Conditioning replaced the tankless water heater. (for half what the other two contractors wanted)
All in all, I highly recommend Frame It Up. they're polite, they clean up after themselves, they're very competitively priced and they are here when they say they will be.

Crew showed to job site on time every day. Budget and quotes were exact. Communication was above expectations

All went as anticipated with roof removal and new installation. Crew did good job keeping it clean. Andrew did a great job in sourcing material to match roof on other structure. Came as a referral from a friend, and I subsequently referred them to my neighbor, who engaged them for similar project.
