I can’t stress enough what a horrible experience this was. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Their “roof job” caused a leak into my house which I had to fix to the tune of $10,000. And no way would I have them fix it as they did things wrong in the first place and didn’t even do the roof to code. I have pictures and other professionals in the industry to document the disastrous job they did. Please do not trust or use this company if you want a decent roof. I used RoofSmart to fix their issues and they did a phenomenal job just fyi.

Excellent! We first hired Four Seasons to repair a leaky roof. We later hired to repair our damaged garage and replace siding. This team is very profession and provides quality work!

Travis and team were great to work with. The new roof looks great and the site was left tidy at the end of the work.

Everything went very well. Travis worked us into his schedule which was a plus for us. Roofers were polite, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. A job well done!

Four Seasons Roofing & Remodel removed and replaced damaged roofing over two townhomes in a multi-unit building. They provided a comprehensive bid outlining areas of the damage to be repaired. They also provided a detailed description of how the new work would tie into the existing roofs that were to remain in place.
The crew arrived on time to begin work and kept a clean and orderly jobsite. They were courteous and conscientious of the residents in the building and we received no complaints on their work or their crew. They completed the work as bid and on time. I am very pleased with Travis and his crew and have added them to my preferred vendor list for future projects.

Would not provide detailed list of materials and supplies used along with vendor invoices as requested. Requests by letter for itemized final invoices sent to 4 of his addresses he listed on his advertising materials (web site, flyers, and invoices). Two addresses were bogus and mail returned (including the one used above 17903 SR #9 SE, Snohomish, WA). The one letter sent to his house he refused to pick up from the Edmonds post office.  The letter sent to Snohomish was a rented postal box (not US Postal Service) where he said was his office that the agent signed for but the company never responded to.  His original estimates for work were the same on the final billing even though much of the work he billed me for was never done and he overcharged for some work (double billing).  He also said if his worker worked only 3 hours a day that he would bill for 8. My insurance company stated that they needed an honest itemized listing of "actual work" done and a release of lien from his vendors. I also sent him an email in April 2014 asking whether he was ever going to send me the requested itemized final invoices and as of today (June 18, 2014) he has failed to respond. I discovered that he has no business license to work in my city and failed to apply for a work permit for the roofing job; I reported him to the City of Lynnwood. As a result, his work was never inspected for compliance with the building codes.  Also, his carpenter who did the interior work, I discovered after checking with the State of WA Labor and Industries had never been registered as his employee or anyone else's and therefore had no coverage under L&I and no worker's compensation.  The gutter company he used failed to connect one of the gutters to my drain and I am unable to get his company to come out and fix it as he refuses to get back to me.  His carpenter did sloppy work and was unreliable as far as coming every day to work.  Both the roofing crew and the carpenter made a mess of my yard as well as never returning to replace all the items moved off my patio and back side of house.  The dump truck used to remove my old roofs made huge deep dents in my side yard for which I will have to pay to get restored. I referred him to a neighbor for interior remodeling work and he never gave me my commission (discount) I would never recommend this company due to his dishonesty and lack of professionalism.

I felt they were too expensive.

It went well--the inspector was thorough and pointed out a number of minor problems; as I was preparing the house for sale and knew that the roof might need replacement within several years, I opted to go with the most-obvious and reasonable repairs, which were done quickly and fully. I was very satisfied.

The roofing job was good, but they damaged the gutters while doing it. They said they would do some repairs and re-hang them so they drain correctly, but they are still not working correctly.

Four Seasons was excellent!! They were the most responsive of all the roofing companies we called asking for bids - the owner returned my call on the same day.  They showed up when scheduled, provided a clear and reasonable quote, then actually followed through!  As a structural engineer who specializes in high-end residential homes, I know quality work when I see it. Four Seasons Roofing did an very good job. 
We had one question after the work was complete and the owner responded and handled our questions no problem.
Our roof deck looks wonderful and we wouldn't hesitate to use Four Seasons Roofing again.

Four Seasons Roofing provided accurate information as proven by the results.  They were easy to work with and timely in responsiveness and the performance of the work.  The quality of the installation was excellent.  Based on my one experience so far, I recommend the company.

Received the estimate on May 16. They needed to order parts for the metal roofing in order to match.  The crew came out the next month and completed all repairs to my satisfaction.  They were very prompt and cleaned up all the scrap.  Great job overall and I will use this company for other roof repairs.

This was ok. They found something that needed to be replaced/repaired and they offered to do it for $30 extra. They had to replace a few shingles, clean the gutters, and do moss treatment.

Travis called me and discussed the findings on the inspection.  We discussed a few repairs needed and a few additions I wanted added.  The price was very reasonable.  He sent me photos before and after so I could see the work being performed.  He was very responsive and able to work around my schedule.  I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I have further roofing needs.

The whole team showed up one morning ready to go.  We had been told that we would get a call that morning to confirm a start date.  Instead they came and went to work.  That is the only criticism we have.  Our experience was excellent.  We got  a detailed estimate of the likely price plus an estimate if there were additional work to be done (replacing damaged plywood).  The final price was just as they estimated.  The work was done very efficiently by a team who worked  quietly (no loud blaring music!) and who were unfailingly courteous.  The work was done in two days and the roof is beautiful.  In the course of the work there was one incident of minor damage to our ceiling and they sent out someone to repair it two days later.
